NLP Singapore – What Would Happen If Your Dream Can Change The World?

Posted by on Oct 22, 2013 in Inspirational Stories |

Dear Friends,

Do you have a dream that is sprouting from your mind, making you wonder for days and weeks whether you should go all out to pursue your dream, and in the end you decided not to come up with plans to achieve it, because with the current situation you are facing, it just SIMPLY FEELS IMPOSSIBLE?

Well, can Audrey Hepburn say something to remind you?

Have you ever wondered to yourself what would happen if your dream can change the world?

A very good example of a person’s dream which changed the world would be…

travel-quotes-steve-jobs-iquote-new-265065

Isn’t it amazing? We have yet discovered another person who said the same characteristic about crazy people, besides Albert Einstein and the Wright Brothers mentioned in our previous post. Have you ever wondered…….

If these people had given up on their dreams, what would happen?

There might be a possibility that there’re no planes, and traveling by sea to another country would take days. And now, who’s the one who invented ships?

Cruise ship

No iPhone, no computers, we would still be using typewriters, or even using ink and papers. Who invented typewriters, inks and papers?

paper and ink

Living in total darkness with no lights, only with the help of candles. WHO INVENTED CANDLES?

A-Candle

Look around you, aren’t all the things that we are using right now created by someone initially? Do they just pop out instantly out of nowhere?

No matter what items they are…

Each and every one of these evolved from somebody’s dream, and all of these crazy people have ONE thing in common. All of them are normal humans like us who started with a small simple idea, which seemed an almost impossible dream initially. However, with their perseverance to achieve their dreams, we are now able to own/do these things that they created.

What is your dream?

NLP Singapore – It’s POSSIBLE for Humans to Fly!

Posted by on Oct 1, 2013 in Inspirational Stories |

Dear Friends,

Just last week, the whole crew of Mind Kinesis flew over to Kuala Lumpur for our first Value Investing Programme in MALAYSIA! The whole journey was fun and enlightening!

I love travelling (who doesn’t?!) and everytime I’m in a plane, it’s always fascinating, and I would always be in awe when the plane takes flight. Do you have these thoughts too?

photo (4)

Always excited to be seated at the window seat, looking out of the window as the plane takes flight.

What a beautiful sight…

The plane’s wing never fails to remind me about the famous Wright brothers, who gave us these wings to fly.  Imagine yourself facing those difficulties that they faced when they had this “crazy” idea about flying. Would you have continued on when everyone was skeptical about your idea?

 Even their father said:

wright_brothersDAD

They must have looked silly to others back then, humans holding on to a frail pair of wings, dreaming to fly.

A lot of people must have told them that their idea is crazy…

Wright Brothers Smart people Crazy people Dumb people

smart

Did the Wright Brothers or Albert Einstein change their perception that others are the ones who are the dumb ones?

Do their situations sound familiar to you?

Were you easily discouraged by people around you?

Well~

Lessons learnt from these important historic people:

“When you tell your friends about your dreams and they said that you are crazy, it means that you are on the right track”

It’s not easy for one to continuously pursue their dreams, with the peer pressure and negative comments/feedbacks from others.

PERSEVERANCE AND BREAKING THROUGH YOUR LIMITING BELIEFS IS THE KEY.

So now, are you still pursuing your dreams despite doubts from the society?

NLP SINGAPORE – NLP Communication Model : Our Brain Relies On Visual Memories

Posted by on Nov 17, 2009 in NLP Singapore, NLP Techniques |

NLP Communication Model

Our Brain Relies On Visual Memories.

Thanks to one of our NLP graduates, who has asked me a couple of questions about the human brain. Let me share with you a DVD titled “Brain Story” by BBC if you want to go in depth about how our brain works without taking a degree course in Biology or Neuro-science. Watch this for a start.

If your listen attentively to the narration, it describes the NLP Communication Model. In the video, it states that “our visual brain is a 2-way street”. In other words, whatever we perceived in our head not only comes from what we see but also what we expect to see (retrieving information from our stored memory). This is described in our NLP Communication Model where the IR (Internal Representation) of any event is created from what we visually see as well as our past memories (which is one of our filters that distort, delete and generalise).

Imagine if you have visual memories that are negative that generate fear, procrastination, anxiety, limiting beliefs, etc., then what you perceived will be negative. If you have visual memories that are positive that generates confidence, drive and empowerment, then what you perceived will be positive. Let me ask you this question – if you feel negativity in your life, does this help you to get the results that you want? Of course NOT. As such, to generate the success in wealth, relationship, personal development and health, you MUST know how to change your perception of the world such that you can change them. So how do you do that?

Join our Free NLP Workshop Now.

Our brain is really amazing. “Change your mind and you can change your world!”

NLP SINGAPORE – NLP Anchoring

Posted by on Sep 28, 2009 in NLP Singapore, NLP Techniques, NLP Training | 2 comments

NLP Anchoring

This is another secret that many successful people did not share with you.

How to be in a peak state any time you want. The secret lies in the an amazing tool called NLP Anchoring.

Anthony Robbins used this tool many years back when he was on stage motivating others. He would like to slam his fist on his chest whenever he speaks and every time after he did that, he would be energized again. Such an Anchor is a kinesthetic anchor.  Read this article Anchoring to find out more.
